Pharmacy Weight Loss Hungerford is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Hungerford and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council regulations.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must be able to provide accurate and truthful medical and personal information during your consultation.
Treatment is subject to clinical suitability. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine that a requested treatment is not appropriate for you based on your medical history, current medications, or other clinical factors. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain pre-existing conditions may not be eligible for weight loss medication.
All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our registered pharmacist prescriber following a thorough online consultation. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid for use with our pharmacy only and are not transferable. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate health information. Providing false or misleading information to obtain medication is a serious matter and may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to the appropriate authorities.
We may require follow-up consultations to continue supplying ongoing treatment. Repeat prescriptions are not automatic and remain subject to clinical review.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe and appropriate delivery location is arranged. We cannot be held responsible for medication that is lost or damaged after a confirmed delivery.
You may cancel your order without charge before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in accordance with UK regulations governing prescription medicines.
If your order has not yet been reviewed, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
Opened or part-used medication cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
